Initially, EMS provided meter reading and billing services in the Greater Philadelphia region. Today EMS reads meters across the entire United States and provides a multitude of other energy related solutions to our commercial, office, retail, and multi-family property owners and managers. Some of our solutions include design, supply, install, and servicing of submeter and high efficiency lighting systems. We also offer utility consulting, expense management, and energy procurement solutions.

EMS is now a Metergy Solutions Company. This acquisition increases Metergy’s service portfolio to over 700,000 meters under contract, solidifying its position as a leading submetering utility management provider across North America.

EMS3 will continue to operate under its well-established brand and maintain its headquarters in Exton, Pennsylvania.
