Energy Management Systems, Inc. (EMS3) was founded in 1980 by Philip & Adelaide Voltz. Initially, EMS provided meter reading and billing services in the Greater Philadelphia region. Today EMS serves the entire United States and provides a multitude of energy related solutions to our multi-family, retail, office and industrial property owners and managers. Our solutions include design, supply, install, and servicing of submeter systems as well as utility expense management, and energy procurement solutions.
METERGY SOLUTIONS ACQUIRES ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
EMS is now a Metergy Solutions Company. This acquisition increases Metergy’s service portfolio to over 700,000 meters under contract, solidifying its position as a leading submetering utility management provider across North America.
Backed by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, EMS3 will play a key role in Metergy’s growth strategy. EMS3 will continue to operate under its well-established brand and maintain its headquarters in Exton, Pennsylvania. This partnership expands our reach and strengthens our ability to deliver top tier submetering and utility management solutions to our clients.
